SPECIMEN A
FIELD NOTES OFFICE / CAREER COACHING
Bring the evidence,
not a polished
answer.
Career coaching for professionals who need a practical next direction—not a louder personal brand, and not another personality test.

What has already
asked for your
attention?
We start with situations you have actually navigated: work you returned to, decisions that gained trust, conditions that drained your attention and projects that made the day feel useful.

03 / WORK SPECIMENS
A role is not only
what it is called.
Place your experience on the table before you rewrite it. We look for the decisions, collaborations, craft and pattern-recognition that a title often hides.
SPECIMEN AMake your work
Where did someone rely on your judgment?
A useful story has an environment, a decision, an action and an effect—not a string of responsibilities.
SPECIMEN BBorrow another
pair of eyes.

04 / DIRECTION COMPASS
Compare a direction
with the life it
needs to live in.
Choose the conditions you need most right now. The field note below does not score you; it gives you a practical question to test.
Try one small conversation where you say what you would own end-to-end—not just what you could contribute.
05 / LISTENING BENCH
Let the answer
sit down before
you announce it.

Some career questions are not ready for a five-year plan. The listening bench makes space for the detail you would otherwise edit out: hesitation, relief, curiosity, or a boundary you keep crossing.
06 / PRACTICE LEDGER
Make the next move
small enough
to test.
FIELD PRACTICE
Ask for a working story
Choose one trusted person and ask: When have you seen me bring order to a complicated situation? Write down their exact examples, not only their praise.

07 / ROLE WEATHER
Read the
conditions, not
the forecast.
Titles change faster than many jobs. We use a role-weather note to name what needs to be true in your next environment: the decisions in reach, the people nearby, the rhythm of a week and the kind of problem you can stay with.
Start with one observed condition: “I do my best work when…” Then ask one person who has seen you work whether the condition is visible to them, too.
08 / APPOINTMENT DESK
Put one working
question on the
table.
Bring a situation, not a polished narrative. We can begin with a project, a decision, a stalled search or a workday you want to understand more clearly.
